GENERAL : We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Any such changes will take effect when posted on the website and it is your responsibility to read the terms and conditions on each occasion you use this website and your continued use of the website shall signify your acceptance to be bound by the latest terms and conditions.

Your licence entitles you to unlock up to 5 iPhones with on purchase

AmarCo International Ltd will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use or misuse of this site or any of the information or products sold which are contained within it.

AmarCo International Ltd is committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent. The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law.

By ordering our unlocking service, you agree terms of service stated on this page.

Users of this service must be 18 or over.

To receive a full refund please follow the procedures below.

REFUND PROCEDURE

If our software cannot unlock your iPhone, and our technical support staff cannot help, then you can email us to obtain a refund provided these conditions have been met:

Refunds will only be given when exhaustible avenues of support have been reached.
Requests for refunds must be made in writing within 7 days of the order date.
On receipt a refund will be issued within 21 days of the order date.
Refunds will not be issued if you have previously attemped to unlock the iPhone with another method not from us and failed as there is a limit on how many attempts can be made.

Refunds when agreed will be made via the same method as payment. Please note it may take 5 working days longer if you paid via credit or debit card.

AmarCo International Ltd takes no responsibility for any damage that may occur to your mobile phone by performing the unlock procedure or using any software provided.
